These prints are from printmaking class ... I really enjoyed every moment of the class! I'm not the best printmaker in the world .. but it was SO much fun. Will truly miss it.

early hearts at night

something about the snow when it falls. i love it. the gray milkiness of the sky, 

the mist that thickly covers the top of trees from far away, the silence of it all. 

Levi's Photo Workshop

Been having an obsession with floral overlays over photos .... 

I was at Levi's Photo Workshop this weekend. My friends and I fooled around in front of the photobooth and printed our pictures (printed in vintage saturation ... the tones are absolutely gorgeous) on t-shirts for free there.

I'm in love with the photo with the man in black, which reminds me of Phantom of the Opera and Edward Scissorhands.

The fickle weather here brought a hint of winter chills to NYC a few days ago and it reminded my friends and me of the merry festivities to come ... I honestly cannot wait to see the first falling of snow!

raindrops in my pocket

the texture of water, or just water alone, reminds me of

raindrops i saw on a bush of sweet-pink roses as i walked past the park,
the thick-as-chocolate fog that i squinted my eyes to see through but still could not,
the crystals of ice that found a home under the porch light,
the spray of water that cast a flash of rainbow,
the reflection of the starry sky on the black inky lake ...

gone fishing

Went fishing! We didn't catch any fish though ... what luck!

Pear Picking

I hope for a next time, because I didn't charge my camera fully and it died after a few snaps at the pear orchard. Lesson will never be learned .. =)
